Key Features of Wire Rust Brush

icon3

Controlled Rust Removal

Flexible brass filaments remove light rust, oxide films, residue, and loose coatings with less cutting aggression than carbon steel wire, helping protect softer metals and detailed surfaces.

icon5

Gentle Surface Contact

Uniformly trimmed wire tips distribute pressure across the working width, reducing deep scoring while delivering consistent brightening and cleaning on aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and plated parts.

app-icon4

Stable Wound Construction

Continuous spiral winding creates an even cylindrical face and secure filament support, promoting balanced rotation, predictable contact, and uniform wear during repeated workshop or production-line operation.

icon6

Flexible Machine Integration

Brush diameter, face length, wire gauge, density, winding pitch, core, and shaft geometry can be engineered around the workpiece material, desired finish, feed speed, and machine layout.

FAQ

Q1:Can this brush remove heavy rust and scale?
Brass wire is intended for light rust and oxidation. Heavy scale generally requires carbon steel, stainless steel, or abrasive filament after substrate evaluation.
Q2:Can it be used in spark-sensitive areas?
Only after confirming solid-brass filament, machine speed, guarding, and site requirements. Brass-coated steel should not automatically be treated as a certified non-sparking solution.
Q3:What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide brush dimensions, brass wire diameter, winding pitch, core and shaft drawing, operating speed, workpiece material, finish requirement, and order quantity.
Q4:Can the Wire Rust Brush match our existing machine?
Yes. Send the existing brush, drawing, or complete installation dimensions so the core, shaft interfaces, balance, face length, and rotation direction can be matched.
