Customization & Engineering

Q1: How do I choose the right filament material for my specific application?

A1: Simply share your working conditions with us—including operating temperature, chemical exposure requirements, and whether the brush runs in a wet or dry environment. Our engineers will analyze your application and provide a free, tailored material selection guide.

Q2: What technical drawings or information do you need to make a custom brush?

A2: We require key parameters such as core material, filament material and diameter, as well as critical dimensions (outer diameter, inner diameter, and overall length). We accept CAD and PDF drawings, or you can send us a used brush for reverse engineering and exact duplication.

Q3: What are your manufacturing tolerances for custom industrial brushes?

A3: We maintain strict industrial tolerances using precision CNC machinery. Typical dimensional tolerances are held within ±0.5mm for brush dimensions and ±0.05mm for core bores, ensuring seamless integration with your machinery. (Note: Custom tighter tolerances are available upon request.)

Q4: Do your filaments comply with FDA or RoHS standards?

A4: Yes. We supply FDA-compliant filaments (such as Nylon 6.12 and PBT) engineered specifically for food processing and agriculture applications, as well as RoHS/REACH-compliant materials for European markets. Certificates of compliance can be provided with your order.

Samples & Small Orders

Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom brushes?

A1: We are very friendly to new clients’ R&D and pilot testing. Our MOQ starts from 1–5 pieces for trial orders, allowing you to test performance before committing to volume production.

Q2: How long does it take to produce a sample, and is the sample fee refundable?

A2: Custom samples take 7–10 days to produce. Your sample fee is fully refundable and will be credited back to you when you place a bulk order.

Lead Time & Packaging

Q1: What is the typical lead time for samples and mass production?

A1: Typical lead time is 7–10 days for samples and 20–30 days for mass production, depending on order volume and material availability.

Q2: How do you package large roller brushes to prevent damage during transit?

A2: We pack all large roller brushes in custom-built, reinforced export wooden cases. Filaments are properly supported and spaced to prevent crushing, bending, or distortion during international transit.

Shipping & Payment

Q1: What trade terms (Incoterms) and payment methods do you accept?

A1: We accept standard trade terms including FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP, alongside traditional payments like T/T and L/C. In addition to major currencies (USD and EUR), we support direct and compliant local currency settlements (e.g., via our VTB Bank corporate account) for specific regional markets.

Q2: Can you arrange door-to-door delivery (DDP)?

A2: Yes. We offer end-to-end DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services via air, sea, or express, handling all customs clearance and import duties directly to your factory door.

Quality Control & After-Sales

Q1: How do you ensure bristle retention and prevent filament shedding?

A1: We utilize high-speed CNC tufting machines and high-tensile anchor wire/rings to secure filaments precisely into the core. Every batch undergoes mechanical pull-force testing to guarantee zero filament shedding under high-speed operation.

Q2: What should I do if the brushes wear out faster than expected?

A2: Simply send us a video of the brush in operation along with your working parameters. Our engineers will conduct a free wear diagnostic and upgrade your filament formula or density on your next order to extend service life.
